New Features
Introducing Project Template Versions!
Save time and maintain consistency by exporting and importing project templates between Sitetracker orgs, whether it’s from your sandbox to production or via a Sitetracker-to-Sitetracker integration. Note that only active Project Templates are available when creating a Project.Export any active Project Template as a JSON file, and then import that file to a different org
Restore a previous version of a Project Template
- Use drafts to save pending changes to a Project Template
- Built-in validations can be used to evaluate and address any issues in your org prior to activation
- Activate (formerly referred to as “Publish”) a new or revised Project Template

Enhancements
Trackers
Group by activity name for easier visualization of similar project information
Add or update a Tracker to include a static filter that uses the Tracker objects name field as part of the filter criteria. For example, you can create a Tracker for the Site object that uses the Site Name field as a filter criteria.
Search for additional dynamic filter values after you have already checked boxes for other dynamic filter values.
Save updated values in a Tracker with the same base API name as another object
Mobile Files
In addition to being able to bulk-delete files, you can now process image uploads to single or multiple objects and records in parallel.
Timetracker
Timetracker will now display additional information by tasks (like the cost center) to help approvers process time sheet entries more efficiently with relevant information.
Work Management
The Sitetracker team has been hard at work to deliver a major product to help field crews doing high volume, distributed work. Stay tuned for an exciting announcement!
